Acer has recently launched the Mini version of Acer Liquid in India at a very affordable price. The 3.2 inch touchscreen device runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and has a 5MP camera.
The arched ends lend an extra dash of style to the phone. The phone bears a dimension of 110 x 57.5 x 13 mm, weighs 109 grams and is available in colors of Jet Silver, Royal Blue, Piano Black, Lime Green and Light Pink.

Acer Liquid Mini features an Acer UI, which splits the home-screen into two parts. The shortcut to the favorite apps lies at the bottom whereas the sliding panels appear on top. The widgets are no longer there on the home-screen, so you have to access it by holding down the home button. However, you can switch between the Acer and Android UI by just enabling or disabling the settings.
The Liquid Mini comes with a multi-format media player, FM Radio, Bluetooth, GPRS, WiFi, 3G, GPS, DLNA and A-GPS support. It`s 1300mAh battery can provide around 8 hours of talk-time and around 400 hours of standby time.
Its processor has slightly disappointed me as it comes with an average 600MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU having Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset, which may give lag while running heavy applications .
