We know that there is feature of group video chat available in Google Plus as Hangout.Many users are waiting for Facebook to allow same group video chat facility.Here is an application which I came to know that is available in Facebook to do group chat.
This application is "Social Hangout".Social Hangout is a 3rd party application that allows to have group chat in Facebook.It allows at-most 20 persons in group to chat at a time.

To begin with, go to Social Hangout Application and get application to your profile. Invite your friends with whom you want to chat and start. Camera screen will soon fetch your video and other video windows will be activated as soon as your friends start joining the video chat room.
Facebook isn’t offering this feature officially (at the moment though proposed) but thanks to Apps like this are in favor of Facebook giving a silent answer to Google+ Hangout.
